2005 Pierre Sparr Riesling

Bright straw colour with green tinge and pale straw hue. Delicate top note of confectionary and spice, nicely perfumed with hints of lime and tropical fruit. There is a sense of austerity on the palate, with lemon and lime flavours dominant. Crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lemon and tropical fruit.
