2005 Peter Lehmann Shiraz Grenache

A wine that has lost its virtues. Medium body, crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. Semi translucent. Aroma of stewed plum and spice followed by a hint of leather. There is no vitality left on the nose. Stewed fruit palate flavours, quite simple, followed by a hint of old leather. Dryish chalky tannins. A wine with little varietal character.
