The Semillon component has deepened the colour of this wine and its influence is also strong on the nose. Aroma of dry hay and green tea followed by tropical fruit and a grassy end note.  On the palate flavours of ripe tropical fruit and mango over a hint of lemon in the background. Tropical fruit, honey and green tea aftertaste. Soft acid finish.

Alc/Vol: 12.5%

First tasted, November 2005:
Bright straw colour with water like hue. The nose is quite delicate with grassy, herbaceous notes followed by a hint of spice and confectionary. The palate is still youthful, again, the Semillon appearing dominant. Flavours of hay, confectionary and tropical fruit are followed by a light honeycomb characteristic. Clean citrus aftertaste.
