2005 Penny's Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. The nose is refined, with top note of cedar, followed by blackcurrant, spice and confectionary. The palate displays excellent weight and depth, with flavours of plum, blackcurrant and cedar, followed by a black pepper back palate. Fine grained tannins. Excellent balance. An elegant wine. Aftertaste of spice and blackcurrant.
