2005 Penfolds Reserve Bin 05A Chardonnay

An elegant wine. Bright straw colour with delicate green tinge and pale straw hue. The nose shows some signs of bottle age with top notes of biscuit, yeast lees, cashew and hazelnut aroma, followed by end notes of nougat. On the palate flavours of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit emerge, followed by a hint of butterscotch and lemon in the background. Clean finish. Aftertaste of hazelnut and nougat,
