2005 Murrindindi Vineyards Family Reserve Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with tones of pale gold and straw hue. Top note of biscuit, followed by yeast lees and hints of butterscotch and cashew. There is a real sense of complexity emerging here, with an almost Champagne like character. The palate is quite elegant, with a crisp Chablis like structure – but remaining very subtle. Layers of citrus and biscuit, followed by yeast lees. A refined style.
