2005 Moss Wood Amy's Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium body, bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Perfumed nose of spice, confectionary and violet, followed by a blackcurrant end note. The palate flavour profile is light – and does not carry any of the classic Moss Wood structure that is evident in the top wines. Flavours of blackcurrant, plum and stewed fruit emerge with hints of cedar. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, leather and stewed fruit.
