2005 Montara Chardonnay

Bright pale gold colour with pale straw hue showing some bottle age. Top note of yeast lees, followed by biscuit and cashew with a light hazelnut end note. On the palate light flavours of hazelnut and melon. Clean acid finish. Light aftertaste of melon, hazelnut and citrus. The wine is at its peak.
