2005 Mitolo Jester Shiraz

This wine delivers excellent colour. Very deep black purple colour with black purple hue. Appealing nose, with notes of confectionary, violets, spice and liquorice allsorts. Good palate weight, with flavours of plum and confectionary followed by a very spicy black pepper back palate. Fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of spice and black pepper.
Cellar 3-4 years (2009-2010)

The 2005 Shiraz Jester exhibits an opaque purple colour along with sweet aromas of blackberries, charcoal, white chocolate, and espresso roast. Rich, full-bodied, heady, and long, it explodes on the back of the palate (always a good sign). Drink it over the next 5-7 years.
