2005 Mitchell McNicol Riesling

Pale straw colour with golden edges and water like hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of toast followed by some citrus, lime and spice. Good palate weight with mouthfilling texture and still looking quite fresh. The toast component is again dominant followed by flavours of lime, citrus and spice. Clean dry finish with the acidity holding up well. Long aftertaste of citrus, toast and spice followed by a hint of honeysuckle.
Drink now or cellar 2-3 years for further tertiary development (2009-2012)
