2005 Metcalfe Valley Shiraz

Produced on the border of the Macedon Ranges and Heathcote – on the northern slopes of the Metcalfe Valley.
Medium body, crimson colour with crimson hue. Top note of plum, followed by stewed fruit, cinnamon, spice and clove. The palate displays stewed fruit, new leather and some plum flavours. Dryish tannins. Aftertaste of leather and earth.
