Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Top note of yeast lees followed by melon, cashew and biscuit with a hint of butterscotch. The palate flavours are light with lemon and butterscotch over a yeast lees background. The acidity is fading away. Light aftertaste of lemon and yeast lees.
