2005 Longhop Boomerang Shiraz

Totally opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue with good cling to the walls of the glass. Aroma of liquorice and spice followed by concentrated blackberry notes and a touch of toasted oak. Youthful, peppery back palate, with liquorice, blackberry and smoky oak emerging. Fine grained tannins. A big middle palate fruit bomb but without great length or depth.
