Bright straw colour with green tinge and pale water hue. Aroma of biscuit, yeast lees and cashew. Creamy palate texture. Flavours of yeast lees, cashew, fig and a touch of citrus evident. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste yeast lees, cashew, citrus and fig.
