A small percentage of Cabernet has been added to this wine which has been matured for 15 months in French oak.
Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of spice, followed by liquorice, blackberry and plum. On the palate flavours of plum, spice and stewed fruit emerge. Fine grained balanced tannins. Long aftertaste of plum, spice, stewed fruit and black pepper.
