2005 Leasingham Bin 7 Riesling

Bright pale straw colour with waterlike hue. Orange blossom, lime top notes, followed by a spice end note. The palate is driven by a big squeeze of ‘fresh lemon’ giving the wine a very exaggerated acid backbone, which should settle down over the next few years. Lemon aftertaste.
