2005 Kurabana Estate Blanc de Noir Brut

Bright straw colour base wine with apricot hue. Short lived mousse, followed by low persistence bead. Delicate aroma of yeast lees and honeycomb. On the palate honeycomb, biscuit and lemon emerge. Clean acid finish.
