Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of melon, followed by delicate yeast lees and cashew, showing good barrel ferment character. The palate has very good weight and mouthfeel. Flavours of yeast lees, spice, cashew, melon and fig emerge. Excellent length. Clean acid finish. Long aftertaste of spice, yeast lees and cashew.
