2005 Juniper Estate Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine has been produced from a blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot and 1% Malbec and was matured for 20 months in French oak barriques. Deep purple mauve colour with purple mauve hue. Perfumed aromas of cassis, cedar, violets and spice with just a hint of cigar box as an end note. Medium bodied with elegant flavours of cedar, blackcurrant, spice and earth. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar and earth.
