2005 Jim Barry Three Little Pigs Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec

Made from a blend of 69% Shiraz, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon and10% Malbec, the wine displays a deep dark crimson red colour with dark crimson mauve hue. Aromas of liquorice allsorts, dark plum, spice along with a hint of earth. Full bodied with generous spicy aniseed flavours followed by some blackberry and blackpepper. Good length. Fine grained, slightly dry tannins but in balance with the fruit. Aftertaste of liquorice allsorts, spice and blackpepper.
