2005 Jim Barry The Cover Drive Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep black crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Aroma of ripe blackcurrant, cassis and cedar, delivering a refined perfumed sniff. The palate has good weight, supported by fine grained, dryish, but full balanced tannins. Excellent mouthfeel. Flavours of blackcurrant, cedar and spice persist all the way through to the aftertaste.
