2005 Jim Barry Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep, opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Perfumed nose with top note of cedar, followed by a hint of violet and chocolate. The palate displays flavours of cedar and blackcurrant followed by a touch of mocha and chocolate. Fine grained tannins. There is a touch of cherry ripe on the back palate. Aftertaste of mocha, chocolate, blackcurrant and raspberry.
