2005 Hyde Park The Pinnacle Shiraz

Opaque dark red black colour with dark red mauve hue. Lifted aromas of stewed plum, leather and spice. Medium to full bodied displaying flavours of stewed plums, liquorice allsorts and spice followed by some leathery back palate characters. Soft velvet smooth tannins with aftertaste of stewed plum, liquorice allsorts, new leather and blackpepper.
