2005 Hollick Wrattonbully Shiraz

Almost opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of vanilla, followed by violet, blackberry and spice delivering an aromatic lift. The palate structure is slightly tight with flavours of plum and stewed fruit over a layer of toasted oak. Fine dry chalky tannins. Aftertaste of toasted oak, spice and stewed fruit.
