2005 Hollick Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Bright crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of old leather, cedar, blackcurrant and spice. The back palate is very spicy – flavours of spice, blackcurrant and cedar. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of cedar and blackcurrant followed by a hint of liquorice.
