2005 Hightide Vineyards Deepwater Cabernet Merlot

Excellent crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Inky top notes followed by vegetal, herbal notes and a tea leaf end note. Cedar, tea leaf palate flavours emerge with a hint of cigar box. Dry, dusty and persistent tannins. Vegetal aftertaste.
