Very deep brick red colour with deep brick red hue, showing development. The nose shows bottle age with aroma of new and old leather followed by plum, dark chocolate and cedar. The palate displays flavours of spice, leather, cedar, dried apricot and chocolate. Very spicy back palate. Fine grained tannins, perfectly balanced. Aftertaste of leather, plum, stewed fruit and black pepper. At it’s peak.
