2005 Grosset Watervale Riesling

Bright straw colour with green hue. Aroma of lime and tropical fruit followed by a hint of talc. The palate is dry, but by no means austere. There is plenty of weight and depth of flavour. Lime flavours are dominant over the spice and lemon, followed by a tropical fruit background. Clean finish. Very long aftertaste of lime and spice.
