2005 Gravitas Pinot Noir

The colour is outstanding, so deep that it could almost be considered opaque. Black purple mauve colour with mauve hue. Aroma of black cherry, followed by spice, anise and cedar. On the palate flavours of anise and liquorice appear. Fine grained, dryish tannins. Moderate length. Cherry aftertaste.
