2005 Fyffe Field Wines Verdelho Semillon

A flavour filled wine. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue showing just a tinge of gold. Aromatic nose revealing notes of guava, lychee, tropical fruit and pear. The palate has both weight and silky texture, with an almost Viognier like flavour profile. Ripe pear, tropical fruit on the turn and spice flavours emerge. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of ripe pear and tropical fruit with just a touch of orange infusion emerging.
