2005 Frankland Estate Smith Cullam Shiraz Cabernet

An excellent red, made to commemorate the Estate’s founders, Barrie Smith and Judi Cullam. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue, showing good cling. Aroma of dark chocolate, spice and cedar with vanilla end note. The palate displays flavours of dark chocolate, spice and cedar with black pepper slowly emerging. Excellent length and depth with velvet tannins. Perfect balance. Very long aftertaste of spice.
