Bright straw colour with water like hue. Delicate grassy, tropical fruit nose. The palate reveals grassy, unripe gooseberry flavours. Clean finish. Aftertaste of gooseberry and tropical fruit over a grassy background.

First tasted, July 2005:
Brilliant pale straw colour with waterlike hue. Aroma of gooseberry and spice followed by a hint of tropical fruit and a dash of unripe passionfruit. Creamy texture. Flavours of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit, with spicy back palate. Soft acid finish.
