2005 Flying Fish Cove Chenin Blanc

Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose reveals a hint of baked apple, followed by quince and spice. On the palate there is a hint of residual sweetness, with flavours baked apple and Jonathan apple emerging. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of baked apple and tropical fruit.
