2005 Feathertop Shiraz

Deep crimson purple colour with crimson mauve hue. Subdued aromas of mocha, stewed plum, spice and confectionary. Flavours of liquorice allsorts, plum, confectionary and spice with some blackpepper and leather notes on the back palate. Fine grained tannins in perfect balance. Long aftertaste of plum, blackberry, mocha and spice. A well made red drinking very well now.
Drink now or cellar a further 1-2 years (2009-2011)
