2005 Edradour Ballechin Straight from the Cask 12 Year Old Bordeaux Cask Matured Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (500ml)

Red wine and peat often work beautifully (think Longrow Red). Edradour's "Ballechin" has even greater phenol levels weighing in at a minimum of 50ppm. The colour of this whisky is a wonderful deep autumn leaf red from maturation in an x-Bordeaux red wine cask. Distilled in 2005 and bottled on the 15th January 2018 with an outturn of 410 bottles. Non chill filtered, natural colour and cask strength. Very limited stocks. 55.7% Alc./Vol.
