2005 Domaine Chandon Barrel Selection Shiraz

A refined cool climate Shiraz. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve purple hue. Top note of vanilla, light truffle, followed by notes of earth, spice and blackberry. The palate shows real elegance – flavours of ripe plum and spice over a lingering black pepper back palate which lasts long into the aftertaste.
