2005 Dog Ridge The Pup Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue showing excellent cling to the glass. Top note of vanilla, plum and spice followed by a black pepper end note. The palate reveals flavours of plum, spice, blackberry and black pepper. Fine dry tannins. aftertaste of blackberry and black pepper which persists.
