2005 De Bortoli Gulf Station Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Retasted: Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Aroma of ripe gooseberry, tropical fruit and spice, followed by a hint of confectionary as an end note. The palate flavours are light with ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit emerging, followed by a touch of citrus on the back palate. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit.

First Tasted, 24/11/2005: Bright, waterlike colour and hue. The nose is quite delicate with top note of gooseberry and tropical fruit. The palate is light, with delicate tropical fruit flavour. Soft acid. Light tropical fruit aftertaste.
