2005 d'Arenberg The High Trellis Cabernet Sauvignon

Almost opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Perfumed nose, with blackcurrant, violet and spice top notes showing distinctive varietal character. On the palate flavours of plum, blackcurrant, mocha and stewed fruit emerge. The tannins are quite dry and persistent. Aftertaste of stewed fruit, mocha and blackcurrant.
