A magnificently structured Cabernet Sauvignon
Bright, deep black crimson colour with deep crimson purple hue. Superb nose of ripe blackcurrant, liquorice and violets delivering a wonderful perfumed lift and displaying strong varietal character. The palate structure is tight with fine dry, firmish tannins. Flavours of blackcurrant, followed by a hint of dark chocolate and spice. The fine tannins linger but are in perfect balance with the fruit.
