Other reviews….
Cut from the same mould as the Hickinbotham, but even more backward is the 2005 Syrah Piggott Range. Revealing a liquid minerality intermixed with creme de cassis, smoke, roasted meats, and blackberries, this enormously endowed, powerful, hefty effort boasts a huge texture as well as a long finish.
