2005 Clarendon Hills Brookman Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of perfumed violets, followed by cassis, blackcurrant and spice. The palate has excellent weight – spicy mocha and blackcurrant, with a very spicy back palate. Excellent length and depth. Long aftertaste of liquorice, blackcurrant and cassis.
Cellar 5-8 years (2012-2015)

This fleshy effort will be the most accessible of the 2005 Cabernets upon release, and should keep for 15 or more years.
