Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of biscuit and yeast less followed by a hint of butterscotch. There is a touch of citrus on the back palate followed by some grapefruit and yeast lees with just a touch of honeycomb appearing. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of grapefruit and honeycomb.
