The hard facts are that exporting wine is a very costly affair and can only be justified as a long term investment, as the payback times can be quite prolonged. Attending trade shows, sending samples, visiting potential agents, entertaining agents, printing brochures and complying with the multiplicity of regulations by the Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation as well as those of the importing country can be a financially ruinous affair.
Some small producers take a different position, disregarding the financial side of the balance sheet, and treating export markets as tax deductible trips to enhance a chosen lifestyle.

A well made clean dry white. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate top note of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit. The palate has good weight, with flavours of tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry, followed by a touch of unripe gooseberry. Clean finish.Drink (2007)Alc/Vol: 13.0%
