2005 Bird in Hand Two In The Bush Shiraz

Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Top note of plum and spice, followed by a touch of liquorice and vanilla. The palate flavours are short, with plum, stewed fruit and liquorice evident. Soft tannins with some inky overtones. Inky, plum aftertaste.
