2005 Battle of Bosworth Shiraz Viognier

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Perfumed dried apricot top note, followed by spice, blackberry and liquorice. The palate flavour profile is joosy, with flavours of spice and dried apricot, followed by confectionary. Soft tannins. Excellent length and mouthfeel. Perfect balance. Very long aftertaste of spice, apricot and plum, with dryish tannins persisting but in balance.
