2005 Battle of Bosworth Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of cedar, followed by blackcurrant, liquorice and tobacco, showing excellent ripe Cabernet flavour. The palate is generous – flavours of ripe blackcurrant, liquorice and cedar emerge, supported by fine grained, dryish, but balanced tannins. The back palate is quite peppery, with a long aftertaste of blackcurrant and white pepper.
