2005 Bass River Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. The colour is holding up well. There is a hint of game, followed by notes of truffle, strawberry and cherry. Moderate palate length and power wave. Flavours of cherry and spice. Soft tannins, well balanced. Aftertaste of cherry, spice and truffle.
