2004 YarraLoch Stephanie's Dream Chardonnay

Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue. Aroma of hazelnut, yeast lees and biscuit. Showing good barrel ferment character, with a hint of honeycomb. The palate displays flavours of grapefruit and yeast lees over a creamy but not bulky textured palate. Crisp acid backbone. Long aftertaste of grapefruit, yeast lees and tropical fruit.
