A delicate style inspired by the wines of Graves. Bright pale straw colour with delicate green tinge. Subtle grassy nose with just a touch of oak emerging, showing some barrel ferment characters. Good weight with subtle flavours of yeast lees, over nuances of gooseberry and ginger. Clean acid finish. Subdued aftertaste of spice, cut grass and ginger.
